Privacy Notice

Investor Central is a static website. We do not offer accounts, we do not run comments or contact forms, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. This notice explains the small amount of personal data that is processed when you visit, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

Investor Central is run by Ogma, which is the data controller for this website. You can contact Ogma at [email protected].

What we collect

We do not ask you for any personal information and we do not set cookies. Like any website, the server that delivers our pages receives your IP address and basic technical details (such as your browser type) so that it can send the page to you. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message, and we use it only to reply.

Third parties that receive your IP address

To display the site, your browser loads a few files from third-party services. When it does, those services receive your IP address as part of the normal request:

• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) — supplies the typeface used on this site. See Google's privacy policy.
• jsDelivr CDN (cdn.jsdelivr.net) — supplies the Bootstrap stylesheet and icon font. See jsDelivr's privacy policy.

Sponsor banners

Sponsor banners and sponsored placements are plain links and images served from this website. They do not load third-party advertising scripts and do not track you. If you click one, you leave this site and the sponsor's own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, and to ask us to correct or delete it. Because we do not collect personal data beyond emails you send us, in most cases there will be nothing to provide. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
